PassKey Interaction: Housing module can now accomodate easier PassKey instructions and usage.  When activated, attendees are given the PassKey link and given an opportunity to input their dates, room type and acknowledgement number provided by PassKey.  Future expansion calls for true integration with PassKey. Housing Payment as Registration:  Allows you to use the housing module to select a room, but then have that room cost added back into the registration amount.  This is used when you have an event where people may stay a different amount of days and you want to bill accordingly or it is used to add the cost of housing into appropriate registration.  A by product of this is that it now allows for error checking to make sure that the right room size is selected in accordance with the registation type.  (March 2, 2009)

Major File Structure Upgrade: Each site now has its own custom directory to store all of its images, documents, logos and stylesheets.  These were previously scattered in various locations but now all exist in one place.  Since this affected the entire site, this was a major endeavor that also caused the site to be down for a while, so upgrades had to be timed.  Was started in December 2008 and finished in January 2009.

On-Site Instant Payment: Enhanced feature that brings up the attendee info page for a single attendee.  Works in admin console so there is no need to log in to the end user site unless you want to record info from other modules.  This allows a quick registration of just the most pertinent data and a means of making a quick payment at the same time. (Fall 2008)
