What's up with the Feedback Form at the end of the Site.
To where does this feedback go.
Can I hide this feedback from my site.
What is Feedback?
When an attendee completes their registration a Feedback Form pops up that offers them two questions (see image below)
- One thing they Liked
- One thing they would Improve
We have found this to be a very valuable resource to get excellent feedback to improve the user experience. We daily monitor the "Improve" feedback through our ticket system. If feedback comes in that relates to the event itself rather than the user experience, the ticket is forwarded to the event coordinaator.
Feedback that comes in about improvements to the site is passed on to the development. Occasional reports are also prepared to monitor the liked and improve feedback trends.
Surpress or Hide Feedback
If you choose NOT to have this form displayed, that's fine. Just know that you may be missing out on some feedback from end users and you hinder the ability to improve this site.
You can surpress the feedback by going to Admin: Set-up -> Start. Then in the General Site Designations section, you'll find a check box which when checked will surpress the Feedback Form.
