Changing Linked Registration Group Coordinator

Is it possible to change my group coordinator?
Can the group coordinator be a non-attendee?
Can their be more than one group coordinator?


This answer assumes that you understand Linked Registration Groups. If not please review this answer.

Changing the Coordinator
Administrators with attendee edit permissions can change the group coordinator.  It is done by going to: Admin => Attendees.  Then in the Choose View dropdown, select Linked Registration Groups. Use the search bar in the upper right to enter the name of the person who is the current group coordinator. Select that "sub-group." Then use the on-screen directions to change the group coordinator. If you need to create a new linked group and designate a coordinator, use the blue "New Group" button at the top.

Non-Attendee Group Coordinator
This is a rare, but possible option. It most likely occurs when someone registers a group but they themselves are not attending. There are two ways to handle this. You can either give them an access link to the primary person for that group or you can grant access by invoice number. The process for doing either of these options is explained in "Creating a Non-Attending Group Coordinator."

Multiple Linked Registration Group Coordinators
There can only be one group coordinator. You have the option of changing the permissions of individual attendees so you can control who can do what, but only one person can be designated as the coordinator of that particular group.
