Send Login Link to Attendee

How should an administrator help a person who doesn't receive a validation code?
Is it possible to manually send somebody a login link that does not require a password?
How do you recover a login password if the person's email address has changed?

When Validation Code Doesn't Arrive
We have prepared an answer to assist an end user when they don't receive an email with the validation code. End users are instructed to submit a request to help center. You can read that answer here to better understand what the end user is expecting.

As an administrator you should send the attendee a link that will allow them a direct login link to obtain access to their record. You can copy/paste the link from the admin edit page of an individual attendee. This image shows where the link appears in the admin section.

For detailed instructions on how to obtain the link, view the section labled, "Getting the Login Link" in the answer titled Login As. This link can be sent to any email address and does not require access to the email to use it.

Providing them a Validation Code
As an alternative to providing them the full link, you can also provide them the current validation code. It appears in the admin section just below the Copy/Paste link.

Changed Email Address
If an attendee has lost their password/username and the email address they have on file is no longer valid, you can send them the login link which will give them access to this record. If you want to change the email first, you will need to save the record after the change to have the page repaint with the new copy/paste link.
