The "Emergency Info" module contains important information regarding emergency contacts, allergies, blood types and other pertainent medical information.  The primary use for this module are those events in which you have minors, have high-risk activities (i.e. sports camps), is an international conference or any other event in which you feel it is important to collect this type of information.

The module needs to be activated through Basic Site Settings -> Module Selection.  Once selected, you the proceed in the same Basic Site Settings to "Emergency Info Setup."  From there there are self explanatory lines that you can choose to turn on or turn off by activating the check box.  Even if you first turn on an aspect and then later turn it off, the data from that check box is retained.

The Emergency Info collects things like:
