Attendee Handler 2.0: This was a major upgrade that switched from module sequence to attendee sequence. Changes involved include: 1) Individual attendee items all come up at once per attendee, so you no longer have to cycle thru the various modules multiple times per each attendee. 2) The confirmation pages & edit record are one in the same. 3) The confirmation page is full width to allow for more info in shorter space. 4) Each module is separated out in the confirmation page. 5) The "register" menu has been shortened to not show full list for attendee items. (This is deployed on a limited scale as of November 20, 2009 (www.acereg1.org and www.solograph.org, deployed to other major sites in December 2009 and January 2010).

This means that the "join" option is not available, because you are not joining a room. The "roommate" finder will be used to link people together. This also transfers the charge for the room back into the registration fee. (March 10, 2009)
PassKey Interaction: Housing module can now accomodate easier PassKey instructions and usage. Housing Payment as Registration: Allows you to use the housing module to select a room, but then have that room cost added back into the registration amount. This is used when you have an event where people may stay a different amount of days and you want to bill accordingly or it is used to add the cost of housing into appropriate registration. A by product of this is that it now allows for error checking to make sure that the right room size is selected in accordance with the registation type. (March 2, 2009)
Single Entry From Email Login Auto Fill: Corrected so that appropriately pulls the first, last and email into a new entry form and also begins with the City/State/Zip when country is not asked for. (Feb 27, 2009)

Major File Structure Upgrade: Each site now has its own custom directory to store all of its images, documents, logos and stylesheets. These were previously scattered in various locations but now all exist in one place. Since this affected the entire site, this was a major endeavor that also caused the site to be down for a while, so upgrades had to be timed. Was started in December 2008 and finished in January 2009.
On-Site Instant Payment: Enhanced feature that brings up the attendee info page for a single attendee. Works in admin console so there is no need to log in to the end user site unless you want to record info from other modules. This allows a quick registration of just the most pertinent data and a means of making a quick payment at the same time. (Fall 2008)
